These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Messy Healing website, services, workshops, events, products, and online content.

By using this website, booking services, purchasing products, or engaging with Messy Healing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Messy Healing provides wellbeing, coaching, EFT, creative, and supportive services intended for educational, reflective, and personal development purposes. As well as creative content, digital products, and physical products.

Services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, therapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or emergency support.

Messy Healing is not a crisis or emergency support service.

If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a mental health crisis, or require urgent support, please contact emergency services, your GP, NHS 111, Samaritans, or an appropriate crisis support provider.

While reasonable care is taken in delivering services and content, individual experiences and outcomes may vary and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Clients remain responsible for their own wellbeing, decisions, healthcare, and participation.

Bookings & Payments

Clients may be asked to make payment in advance of sessions, workshops, events, products, or purchases through approved payment methods made available through the website or booking systems.

Messy Healing reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule bookings where necessary.

Prices, services, availability, and offerings may change at any time.

Cancellations & Refunds

Clients are asked to provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full. Missed sessions without notice are generally non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances.

Refunds for workshops, circles, events, products, or digital purchases will be handled in line with the relevant Refunds, Shipping, or Cancellation Policies where applicable.

Messy Healing aims to create supportive and meaningful experiences, however individual experiences and outcomes may vary and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Products & Orders

Physical products, prints, artwork, or digital items sold through Messy Healing are subject to availability.

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product type, location, busy periods, or postal delays.

Some items, including personalised, made-to-order, digital, or sale items, may not be eligible for return unless faulty. (See more in Shipping & Refunds Policy).

Website Use

This website is intended for individuals aged 18 or over or those accessing the website with appropriate permission and supervision where applicable.

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality, or use website content unlawfully or harmfully.

Messy Healing reserves the right to refuse access to services, remove content, cancel bookings, or restrict use of the website where behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, inappropriate, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Messy Healing also reserves the right to modify, update, pause, or discontinue services, products, pricing, website content, or offerings at any time.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content created by Messy Healing, including artwork, writing, branding, graphics, downloads, and website content, remains the intellectual property of Messy Healing and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is handled in line with the Messy Healing Privacy Policy and relevant data protection legislation.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Messy Healing aims to create accessible, respectful, and inclusive experiences wherever reasonably possible.

Reasonable adjustments and accessibility needs are welcomed where possible.

Discrimination, harassment, abusive behaviour, or harmful conduct will not be tolerated within services, events, workshops, groups, or community spaces.

Limitation of Liability

While reasonable care is taken in delivering services, content, and products, Messy Healing cannot guarantee specific personal outcomes, results, or experiences.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Messy Healing accepts no liability for indirect loss, damage, or outcomes arising from the use of the website, services, workshops, events, or products.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
