Additional Resources & Support
Here you'll find a small collection of free wellbeing tools, reflection prompts, worksheets, community links, and supportive resources.
These are intended to support curiosity, grounding, creativity, wellbeing, self-reflection, connection, and gentle exploration... not perfection.
They are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, crisis support, or emergency services.
Alongside free resources, you can also find links to external organisations, community projects, wellbeing websites, and support services that may feel useful or supportive.
You are welcome to use whatever feels useful, leave what doesn’t, and return to things in your own time.

Wellbeing Checklist
This "what do I need?" wellbeing checklist provides a series of ideas of how to improve your mood & wellbeing when you're not feeling great. It can also be useful to help you figure out what you need moment to moment! It separates needs into emotional, social, physical, mental, creative, and spiritual.
TIPP Skill
This worksheet explains the TIPP skill - something that can be used for regulation when you're feeling distressed or overwhelmed. It works by changing your body chemistry quickly to bring you back to a calmer state.

Difficult Days Guide
A worksheet you can fill in when you're feeling good to help you on difficult days. You can alter & include anything that might be useful to you! We all have different ways of coping and reminding ourselves that we are enough!
Community
Here you’ll find a collection of community connection opportunities, including local groups, services, workshops, creative spaces, and supportive resources across Shrewsbury and Shropshire.
This list is not exhaustive and some information may change over time, so it’s always worth checking directly with organisations for the latest details.
I hope it helps people discover spaces, support, creativity, and connection that feel useful or meaningful to them or their loved ones.
