Shipping & Refunds Policy

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 working days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, busy periods, pre-orders, or postal delays. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched where applicable.

Please note that Messy Healing is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an item has been shipped.

International shipping may be available on selected items. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or import fees where applicable.

Refunds & Returns Policy 

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery with photographs where possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns for change of mind will be accepted on unused items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Due to the nature of some small-batch, made-to-order, personalised, or digital items, certain products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds for Sessions, Workshops & Events

Clients are asked to provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full. Missed sessions without notice are generally non-refundable, but extenuating circumstances are always considered.

Where Messy Healing needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered an alternative booking or refund where appropriate.

Refunds for workshops, circles, or events may depend on notice period and any costs already incurred.

Messy Healing aims to create supportive and meaningful experiences, however individual experiences may vary and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Refund requests relating to dissatisfaction with a workshop, circle, session, or event will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

If you experience an issue during a workshop, circle, or event, please raise any concerns as soon as possible so that reasonable support or adjustments can be explored where appropriate
